 Service Engineer

Reports to 

Country Manager

Purpose of the Job

  • To fulfill the customer’s needs in all aspects of service jobs, commissioning, spare/ware parts

and machine repairs.

  • Interact with the client to fulfill service jobs/quotations/spare-ware parts
  • Attend to the clients calls/e-mails for technical support
  • Commission single machines
  • Giving technical support to projects
  • Execute service contracts and servicing of machines

  • Must be able to work under extreme pressure
  • Willingness to travel and be out of the country

Educational Requirements


  • Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics ,  or related technical field
  • Good knowledge of MS office programs.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili ( written and spoken)


  • Hands on experience in maintenance of feed or grain milling plants is an added advantage




  • Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing plant or proof of sufficient skills


  • 3 years production plant maintenance.
